You can use browser component in windows forms. Upload asp.net control to some server, and call it via url in browser component.

ok now what i have figured out so far is how t create a website in visual studio. i already managed to include my location, partnerid and key. so when i debug i get a page with all the info from weather.com, but no graphical layout. i still have 2 errors in vb: "validation(xhtml1.0 transitional): Element register is not supported" and "thec class of cssclass value is not defined"

what am i doing wrong

Did you include icons in your web site? Please read documentation.
